Situated a few miles north of Port Isaac, Tregardock is a haven for walkers that want to explore a remote and staggering section of the South West Coast Path (it's often possible to walk for hours in each direction without seeing another soul). Head south past Port Gaverne to the restaurants, craft shops and fishing harbour of Port Isaac, and north to Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and, eventually, Boscastle.

Beaches

As well as our own beautiful tidal beach (Tregardock beach), we are well positioned for Trebawith Strand, Polzeath, (for surfing and surfing lessons) the famous Daymer Bay and water sport haven of Rock is a 15 minute drive.

Other day-trips include the Eden Project and St Ives – an artists' paradise crammed with galleries and beautiful scenery.

Golf

St Enodoc, Trevose, Roserrow, Lanhydrock, Bowood, St Mellion, St Kew, Bude and Launceston courses are all within a 40 Minuite drive.

Houses, Gardens and other attractions

Visit some of the many National Trust houses including Lanhydrock (famous for its gardens). Other must sees include Pencarrow House, (only 15 minutes drive) The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trebah. Or why not visit the the local Camel Valley Vineyard or cycle the Camel Trail? Tresco on the Isles of Scilly are worthy of a day trip too.

Tregardock
